Renamed SDK package from starknet-sdk to @starkware-libs/starknet-privacy-sdk (scoped
under the GitHub org for publishing to GitHub Packages)
Added npm publish config: publishConfig.registry pointing to npm.pkg.github.com, plus
repository metadata in package.json
Added publishing instructions to sdk/README.md with auth, build, and publish steps
Updated all E2E imports across tests, scripts, and harness to use the new scoped package
name
No functional changes — this is purely a packaging/naming change to prepare the SDK for
publishing as an npm package on GitHub Packages.
