feat(demo): allow to edit class hash

Add editable pool class hash functionality

This change enables users to modify the pool class hash directly in the UI through a double-click to edit interface. The class hash can now be edited inline with keyboard shortcuts (Enter to apply, Escape to cancel) or via an Apply button.

Changes:

• Added state management for class hash editing with editingClassHash, classHashDraft, and classHash state variables
• Implemented inline editing UI that appears when double-clicking the class hash display
• Added CSS styling for the edit interface including input field and button styling
• Updated pool selector and deploy functionality to use the dynamic class hash instead of the static config value
• Enhanced code element styling with cursor and word-break properties for better UX
