Each surface is assets/demos/<surface>.mp4 and the README GIF made from it, with the take's inputs beside it. The READMEs show each demo where its surface is described.
assets/demos/ holds every recording and what it needs, and the READMEs point there. The old GIFs, tapes and inputs had no reader left.
…e them The image landed inside the fenced block, where GitHub prints the tag as code instead of showing the demo.
The regex-le take reads deliberately catastrophic regexes, and CodeQL flagged each one in assets/demos/. Identical in every tool repo.

Records the editor, CLI and MCP demos to the fleet standard in letools-site/DEMOS.md, and removes the old demo layout.
assets/demos/<surface>.mp4is each master and<surface>.gifthe README image made from it, at 1600x1000, with everything the take needs inassets/demos/<surface>/.Verified: the test suite passes. Not verified: how the GIFs render on the Marketplace, Open VSX, npm and crates.io, which update only on a release.
