Ctrl+Shift+Z is Redo on Windows and Linux. Drop that default keybinding, expose Open in Zotero (and Open PDF) from the editor context menu, and keep Command Palette access. Co-authored-by: Matthew Blode <m@blode.co>

Ship the #43 fix: Open in Zotero no longer claims Ctrl+Shift+Z, so Redo remains available on Windows and Linux. Merging #44 changed the repository but not the published extension; this bump packages it. Fixes a conflict with Redo on Windows and Linux by dropping the default Open in Zotero chord. Open in Zotero stays available from the Command Palette and a new editor context-menu item.
Fixes #43.
