about using ctrl+shift+z shortcut #43

Description

@CorentinBrule

Hello,

I guess this is from the latest release, or else I'm surprised I didn't notice it before, but I think it's a bad idea to use the Ctrl+Shift+Z shortcut for a feature of the extension since, for many humans who type on a keyboard, this key combination is used to redo after an undo.

imho, the related feature “Open the citekey under the cursor as a Zotero item” seems less important to me than the main one: inserting a citation from Zotero into VS Code. Maybe a right-click menu would be enough?

    You're right: Ctrl+Shift+Z is Redo on Windows and Linux, so this extension should not claim it.

    Open in Zotero is now available from the editor context menu and the Command Palette instead of a default keybinding. Citation insert still uses Alt+Shift+Z.

    Proposed change: #44

    Released in 0.2.1, now on the Marketplace.

    Ctrl+Shift+Z is no longer bound, so Redo works as normal. Open in Zotero and Open PDF are in the editor context menu, as you suggested, and both stay in the Command Palette. Citation insert still uses Alt+Shift+Z.
