`-Pdocker` alone doesn't pin the `io.fabric8:docker-maven-plugin` version, so Maven hangs trying to resolve it. Use the `jenkins,docker-fabric8` profile combination CI actually uses (see [`.semaphore/semaphore.yml`](../.semaphore/semaphore.yml)).
