Expose InstaNovo workflows in online input form

InstaNovo is a de novo peptide sequencing tool.

This PR exposes three InstaNovo workflow choices in Online PeptideShaker:

• InstaNovo: de novo peptide sequencing with the transformer-based InstaNovo model.
• InstaNovo+: de novo peptide sequencing with the diffusion-based InstaNovo+ model.
• InstaNovo with refinement: InstaNovo predictions refined with InstaNovo+.

Changes

• Updates the Compomics Utilities dependency version.
• Adds workflow engine labels for:
  • InstaNovo
  • InstaNovo+
  • InstaNovo with refinement

Notes

This is a small UI/workflow exposure change. It depends on the shared Compomics Utilities and PeptideShaker support being available in released artifacts used by Online PeptideShaker.

Tests

Manual Online PeptideShaker workflow testing should follow once the backend SearchGUI/PeptideShaker artifacts include the merged InstaNovo support.
