The Providers guide says built-in extraction cannot seek in livestreams or premieres. Replace that sentence with the supported behavior: seeking works when YouTube provides a rewindable stream.

Companion application fix: OpenTubeX/OpenTubeX#1740. Publish this guide correction after the companion application fix is available to users. This changes only the approved table sentence.

Validation: all 24 existing website tests pass.
