Make Email's mailbox states and action notices plainer - #13

- Empty mailbox says which folder is empty, and when older mail is still syncing; empty search points to Search help. - Freshness caption reads "Synced" / "Older mail is still syncing" with a readable time instead of a raw timestamp. - Reader shows a full weekday/date/time; empty reader prompt is clearer. - Folder colours are named (Blue, Green, Purple) instead of hex codes. - Menu: "Save to Knowledge", "Show/Hide conversation". - Action status notices drop internal "original group/receipt" jargon and point to Check action status. - Imported history rows and unread summary use readable wording.
