On the first page of a tab the screen opens out from a bright line across the middle, as a CRT set powers on. Between pages, coarse grey static covers the screen while the page scrambles out and clears just after the next one is in. Reduced motion skips both. page-decode:leaveuntil 160 ms after the next page is in, coarse grey noise (160 x 90, pixelated, screen blend, 22% opacity) covers the screen.packages/ui/src/styles/globals.css.Checked on the sandbox build with Playwright: at load (animations at 0.1x) the screen is black with the line in the middle; 90 ms after clicking WORKS the static covers the scrambling page; after landing on /works the static is off; a reload in the same tab does not power on again.
