No lifecycle hooks fire around the per-app proxy deploy (only pre/post-deploy and pre/post-proxy-reboot exist).

Anchor: hook inventory in lib/kamal/cli/proxy.rb.

Verify: hooks run at the right points; test with a stub hook.
