Gem-side plumbing for the proxy per-route timeout feature: a path_timeouts: map in deploy.yml that emits the per-prefix timeout flags.

Pairs with: the kamal-proxy per-route timeouts issue.

Anchor: flag map lib/kamal/configuration/proxy.rb:91-123.

Verify: path_timeouts: emits the flags; unit test.
