Add appVersion parameter to XMTP client creation functions and update XMTP library dependencies to version 4.4.0-dev.7f5d8e0 for performance improvements

• Adds optional appVersion parameter to ClientOptions interface and all client creation functions (createRandom, create, build, ffiCreateClient) in src/index.ts and src/lib/Client.ts
• Updates AuthParamsWrapper class in android/src/main/java/expo/modules/xmtpreactnativesdk/wrappers/AuthParamsWrapper.kt to include appVersion property
• Modifies XMTPModule.apiEnvironments function in android/src/main/java/expo/modules/xmtpreactnativesdk/XMTPModule.kt to accept and pass appVersion parameter to ClientOptions.Api constructors
• Updates XMTP library dependencies from version 4.3.3 to 4.4.0-dev.7f5d8e0 across Android, iOS, and package configuration files
