dfu_i2c host app ignores device capabilities#108

Capabilities are returned in the XMOS_DFU_GET_DESCRIPTOR request.

But the attributes are not acted on, these being does teh device support upload, download, does the device reboot itself on DETACH.

Add support for teh attributes.
