feat: Multi-Arm Support for Franka FR3 Robots

Adds support for controlling multiple Franka FR3 arms in ROS 2 using namespaces. Includes example configs and integration with Robotiq grippers.

Changes

  • Added example config files for multi-arm setup
  • Enabled namespace-based multi-arm control

Part of v0.2.0 release.
