Add metadata for RSS feed#1

This will allow feed readers to find the feed more easily and it will allow users with metadata sniffing browser plugins to find the find easier also.

You should just be able to add this inside your <head> tag in your HTML:

<link rel="alternate" type="application/rss+xml" title="Write the Docs Podcast" href="http://writethedocs.libsyn.com/rss">

I wasn't certain how to make a pull request for this so I'm just opening an issue for now.
