🔧 Migrate toolchain to Vite+ - #887

Replace Jest with Vitest (vp test) and Biome with Oxlint/Oxfmt (vp check), all configured in vite.config.ts. - Port tests to vite-plus/test imports; snapshot bodies unchanged, keys renamed - Port Biome lint rules and formatter style; oxfmt output matches Biome at width 80 - Move .nvmrc to .node-version for CI, e2e script, and docs - Require Node ^24.11.0 (Vitest 5)

Summary
Moves the dev toolchain to Vite+ 1.2.0.
vp testruns Vitest in place of Jest, andvp checkruns Oxfmt, Oxlint, and type checks in place of Biome. All tool config lives invite.config.ts. Next.js still builds withnext build.Changes
jest.*calls becamevi.*with explicitvite-plus/testimports. jest-dom matchers load fromvitest.setup.ts. jsdom moves from 26 to 30.1.2. The toaster mock now returnsdefault, which Jest's CJS interop had hidden.describenames with>, so snapshot keys and headers changed. Rendered bodies match the old ones byte for byte, except that jsdom 30 now writesmargin: 0px -4px 0px -4pxas the equivalentmargin: 0px -4pxin 2 snapshot files.sortImportsadded blank lines between import groups in 5 files.== nulland_-prefix exceptions. Twobiome-ignorecomments becameoxlint-disable-next-line.jest.config.ts,biome.json..nvmrcbecame.node-version, now set to26, andengines.nodeis26. The workflows andscripts/docker-e2e.shread.node-version. Both Dockerfiles moved to Node 26 images (distrolessnodejs26-debian13, since no debian12 build exists) and install corepack from npm, because Node 25+ no longer bundles it.
