…dvr#3) Reconcile now backfills ready warm pods with node IP/port + a placeholder domain mapping, stashed as pod annotations (warm-node-ip/-port/-domain/...). The claim reads those instead of doing live get_pod_node_*_ip + generate_unique_name on the hot path, then just rebinds the domain mapping to the real reservation (one fast DDB write). Removes ~0.3s of k8s/DNS calls from the claim.
