General Task

• Create a Smart Contract for Asset Tokenisation of Property using Foundry framework.
• Property owner will list their property and on listing they will get a Non-Fungible token (NFT) and some amount of Fungible Tokens
• The amount of Fungible tokens will be equivalent to the valuation of the property.
• The Owner will also set some earnings on the Property for example Rent etc
• The Investor will check the stats of the property and will invest in the same
• The investor will provide the investing amount in USDT and will get the Property specific fungible tokens in return
• Also the Investor will get some amount of property specific tokens at the end of every month, based on the Rent earned, the investment seeked and the total no. of investors
• Also do provide the functionality of withdrawing the tokens for investors such that they provide the Property specific fungible tokens and get their earnings and investments back in USDT
• And de-listing the property for property owner
