This PR adds a new troubleshooting section to the Wazuh dashboard
troubleshooting page covering indexer-connector bulk indexing failures.

Closes #26560 in wazuh/wazuh

Why
The
validateBulkResponse()function inindexerConnectorSyncImpl.hppalready logs detailed per-document errors, but there was no documentation
explaining what these logs look like or how to use them for troubleshooting.
