Due by June 19, 2026Second beta. Scope: bump Microsoft WebView2 SDK in the in-monorepo webview2 module to latest, cut new webview2/vX.Y.Z tag, bump v3/go.mod. Cherry-pick any post-2026-05-05 fixes from wailsapp/go-webview2 that aren't yet in the migrated copy. Investigate whether init-order bug #4694 affects v3 (post-#5317 migration); fix here if it does.
