Some ranked games does not trigger notifications

I've noticed that some ranked games that should trigger notifications does not. I don't know why, investigating.

I think the game list returned from the game list request was incomplete and cut short. I've increased the limit in the request and added a warning if the return game list is cut short (commit 2471427).
