chore: update eslint to clear sprintf-js GHSA-hp3w-g68c-fv3c #72

videojs-standard 9 depends on eslint 7, which pulls in sprintf-js through argparse. GHSA-hp3w-g68c-fv3c (moderate) has no fixed sprintf-js version, so dependent repos can’t clear it with an override.

It shows in npm audit for mpd-parser, aes-decrypter, m3u8-parser, vhs-utils, mux.js and http-streaming after their audit PRs (videojs/mpd-parser#194, videojs/aes-decrypter#91, videojs/m3u8-parser#197, videojs/vhs-utils#48, videojs/mux.js#458, videojs/http-streaming#1617).

Fix: release videojs-standard with an eslint version that doesn’t depend on argparse 1, then update each repo.
