## Summary

Restore main to version 4.37.4 because the recovered release already
contains the dependency and notification fixes. Version 4.37.5 was not
published.

## Scope and verification

Work intent: reverse only release PR #2078. This restores the release
manifest, five package versions, and changelog. The dependency and
notification fixes remain intact.

The resulting Git tree exactly matches the corrected v4.37.4 tag and its
successfully tested build commit. The staged whitespace check passed. No
application code or dependency resolution changes.

The canceled 4.37.5 release is no longer marked for automatic
publication.
