Allow paper from stacks to directly be input onto recipes that need paper

Lets stacks of paper be added to things that require paper, works basically the same as how you can put plates using a stack onto forge bowls, except with a category instead of individual recipes.

Just wanna draw your attention to the last part of readme of this repo. And that PRs don't have a better chance of being accepted compared to suggestions on discord if the changes themselves are controversial. Would appreciate not bundling the main change with uncertain secondary ones like the seed bag and foil here.
