motivation
same-net junction alignment rejected horizontal source pins, leaving the regulator v3v3 branch at y 0.10 while the adjacent rail remained at y 0.18.
before
the alignment stage accepted only upward-facing load pins, so bug-report-20260815t073240z produced 0 aligned junctions and a stepped power rail.
after
horizontal pins retain a 0.2 exit before joining rails within a 0.2 offset; the bug report now has 1 aligned junction, the related regulator repro has 2, and the updated real schematic svg snapshots show continuous rails while the full suite passes.
