Score the scene. Make its rhythm visible.
Source photograph → Scene Score
Not a filter: the photograph's own stairs, light, direction, and quiet space become the composition.
Scene Score
Agent:

Scene Score turns the repetitions, directions, quiet space, and colour relationships in a photograph into a contemporary art image. It is not a filter: the people, places, and objects remain specific to your photo while graphics reveal its existing rhythm.
Please install Scene Score from https://github.com/truman-t3/scene-score-skills into my Codex Skills directory as scene-score. Keep my existing skills untouched. If scene-score already exists, report its current version and do not overwrite it unless I confirm. Then confirm that I can call it with $scene-score.
Download this repository as a ZIP, unpack it, and place the contents in:
C:\Users\<your-user>\.codex\skills\scene-score\
Then restart Codex. If you already have a scene-score folder, make a backup first.
Upload a photo, then write:
Use $scene-score to turn this photo into a Scene Score. Keep the subject and create a clear, restrained artistic transformation.
For the showcased large-rest, distilled treatment, use Gallery Score mode:
Use $scene-score in Gallery Score mode: retain the subject, reserve a large source-derived quiet field, and use one dominant rhythm, one directional phrase, and at most one accent.
- A reading of the photo before composing: subject, light, movement, intervals, and usable rest.
- A restrained or expressive path rather than one fixed look.
- A finished image plus a compact score explaining the visual decisions.
The full gallery above is shared by Chinese and English readers. These cases show the intended range: photo-led work with deliberate breathing room and a small number of clear visual beats.
Zebra crossings become beats, the route to the bus becomes a sustained phrase, rain and haze make the rest, and the shop light becomes an accent.

The physical stairs are rebuilt as uneven upward beats; the handrail continues as one directional line through the picture.

Clusters and gaps of leaves and reeds become beats, while mist, water, and the small boat retain a quieter sustain.

The three checks—Rain Street, Stair Hall, and Misty Ginkgo—protect subject fidelity and composition hierarchy without promising pixel-identical results. Use the evaluation set for its sources and acceptance criteria; use the independent reproduction protocol to test a material change across three fresh runs.
The example images and cover artwork are available under CC BY 4.0. Reuse and adaptation are welcome with attribution, a license link, and an indication of changes. Before using your own photos or adding examples, make sure you hold the appropriate rights.
