Verified locally against the dev server — the About section renders as three spaced paragraphs and the three highlight blurbs pick up the new copy.

/conferenceAbout section and highlight blurbs around the AI-assisted-development theme.Pain: After #4691 merged, the About copy and the three highlight blurbs were still generic placeholders that didn't say what the 2026 conference is actually about.
Solution: Expands the About section into three paragraphs framing TinaCon 2026 around using AI to build better content-driven sites with TinaCMS and the Tina CLI, rewrites the Expert Talks / Hands-on Insights / Premium Networking blurbs to match, and renders the About rich-text as spaced paragraphs (a
