Ash framework interop

Awesome library Thomas. I've got a project going using the Ash framework and by complete coincidence I wanted / needed a solution like this. Unstructured to structured data. The issue is Ash framework doesn't have traditional schemas, they are derived from the resources

Would love to get Ash and your library playing together if possible, or find a workaround. I'm going to look into it but would welcome your thoughts on it if you have a minute to check out Ash (if you are not already familiar). You'll likely have a better idea on how easy / not easy this is. If you're up for it be great to swap contact info as I'm not on Twitter or any social media.

@jannikbecher thank you for pointing it out to me! having a play with that now, can't quite get it do play ball. docs are very limited. have you used the structured outputs with AshAi much?
