What
Pins the embedded link unit to tebako v2.8.8 and cuts runtime line 0.16.25.
Why (tebako#615)
Mount-boundary synthesis now reaches the route gate on every platform path:
path_is_embeddedclaims boundary ancestors, so a mount at/flavors.d/<name>with nothing mounted at/routesstat/opendirfor the intermediates into the engine instead of falling through to the host — on macOS areaddiracross the synthesized boundary answered ENOENT and extension-slice gems never resolved (cannot load such fileat dispatch);opendirgrew the no-owner synthesis armstathad since #600.Contract unchanged (2). Full-catalog re-cut: the runtime exe embeds the unit.
Proof chain
/flavors.d/<name>resolves its gems through a 0.16.25 runtime on macOS.
