Added information about Tailscale integration for secure networking.
Move TZ environment variable to .env file
Allow port open in compose.yml for tailnet so survey URL will work.

Description
Moved all environment variable to .env
Set temporary required varibles so the system actually starts and allows account creation.
Opened local tailnet port 3000 so surveys can work.
