Default SDK selection to latest in Dockerfiles, allow local ENV pins, and keep the CLI SDK-agnostic. Use commit-resolved public distribution inputs, verified wheel hashes, and standalone sample installers. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>

Use the rle registry channel, rle-releases branch, and package-level rle artifact folder. Pin the aligned shared installer and cover the final upstream registry contract. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Use AZURE_AI_PROJECTS_VERSION for the public RLE wheel selector. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Update all sample Dockerfiles, documentation, and checks to AZURE_AI_PROJECTS_VERSION. Pin the corresponding shared installer and explain the independent Docker build contexts. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Include the Python installer in each sample build context instead of downloading it. Keep copies identical through distribution tests, update the BYOH allowlist, and document local installation. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Keep registry version selection and SHA-256 checks. Remove release-URL restrictions and redundant wheel inspection, reuse distribution wheels for local manifests, and preserve remote installation for local development. Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
Keep only the four sample-local installers. Remove the test-only download option and historical dev-version cases, point maintainer commands at local copies, trim repetitive documentation, and preserve original requirements COPY forms. Edit that line to pin an available SDK version. Missing versions and checksum mismatches fail explicitly.Available versions | Setup documentation
Review and validation
2.7.0b1SDK with networking disabled in previously built sample images with dependencies present. Each real app import succeeded.2.7.0b1from the locally fetched wheel, and served/healthwith HTTP 200. The build used the existing Microsoft package-index override because this environment blocks public PyPI TLS.The SDK maintainer-tooling PR is separate and unchanged.
