This pull request updates the default paths for SQLite database files and logs in the ConfigCore class to use relative paths instead of absolute paths. This makes the project setup more flexible and portable, especially for development environments.

• Configuration Path Updates:
  • Changed the default sqlite_path from /var/sqlite/ to ./var/sqlite/ to use a relative path.
  • Changed the default sqlite_logs_path from /var/logs/ to ./var/logs/ to use a relative path.
