C DataFrame/DataTable library. Like R's dataframes.

Builds on linux and windows. Use build.bat or open a visual studio command prompt and run 'nmake /f Makefile.vc MACHINE=x86|x64' to build on windows.

Run 'make all' or 'make' to code gen and compile on linux. Code generation requires python3 but pregenerated files are included.
