`spring-shell-starter-ffm` is not published

The spring-shell-starter-ffm module doesn't seem to be published as part of the Spring Shell release, though it's listed as one of the available starters in the documentation: https://docs.spring.io/spring-shell/reference/3.4-SNAPSHOT/building.html#_starters

Good catch! Thank you for reporting this. The ffm starter was never published to Maven Central, so I will remove the reference to it from the 3.x reference docs.

However, we recently released Spring Shell 4.0.0-M1 and that starter is now part of the release process. You can find it here: https://central.sonatype.com/artifact/org.springframework.shell/spring-shell-starter-ffm
