  BeamAdapter (separate plugins/ checkout) now call sofacuda::init().

ComponentChange.cpp

• deprecatedComponents: RigidRigidMapping, ConstraintAnimationLoop.
• movedComponents: no longer mentions ConstraintAnimationLoop.
