Inspired by the transaction receipt synchronous blocking confirmation strategy in web3J, a synchronous blocking confirmation feature has been implemented in the current repository.

Based on testing, I found that the correct position of the blocktime field should be at the outermost level of the ConfirmedTransaction object, on the same level as the slot field.
