• Biome으로 교체된 이후 참조되지 않는 types/index.d.ts 삭제
• 해당 파일은 ESLint flat config 전환 전 eslint-plugin-react-hooks를 위해 수동으로 작성된 타입 선언이었으나 현재 불필요
