Part of the Renovate / branch-rules alignment across SILARHI projects (same setup as silarhi/cfonb-parser, caf-parser, cursor-pagination, picasso-bundle, tabler-ux-components).

Commits

  • chore(renovate): replace deprecated stabilityDays with minimumReleaseAge: stabilityDays was renamed to minimumReleaseAge; Renovate logs "Config migration needed" on every run.
  • ci: add a single "CI passed" job to require in branch rules: Aggregates the Hadolint job and every image build of the matrix (whose job names change with the matrix) so the branch ruleset only has to require one stable check. It fails if any needed job failed or was cancelled.
  • chore: drop Dependabot, Renovate already updates GitHub Actions: Dependabot was only configured for the github-actions ecosystem, which Renovate already covers, so every action update produced two PRs.

Aggregates the Hadolint job and every image build of the matrix (whose job
names change with the matrix) so the branch ruleset only has to require one
stable check. It fails if any needed job failed or was cancelled.
Dependabot was only configured for the github-actions ecosystem, which
Renovate already covers, so every action update produced two PRs.
