…23 feedback) Standalone renders no header picker, so directing users to pick a project in the header is a dead-end instruction there. The notice now names the hub-mounted requirement without a provider, keeping the pick-in-header direction where the picker can exist. Tests: test_views 59 passed.
Content fills the pane edge to edge; live dock clearance kept. Screenshot-verified standalone (dark): header, tabs, cards flush to viewport edges.

Plan tab keeps read-only planner; the disabled notice is replaced by the apply form. 7 new view tests incl. a fake-transport verified-delete success path.

Manifest records staged_path. Browser apply retires; CLI keeps direct delete. 19 new tests (staging/sweep guards/marker checks, retire paths, CLI verb).

Operator 2026-10-24 feedback batch (storage-ui-feedback-20261023): picker-aware no-project notice; zero margins on largest div (screenshot-verified); interactive usage sunburst replaces static doughnuts + project-scoped disk display (new usage-sunburst route); duplicates as an app (would-scan scope); browser move-apply with explicit confirm + can_edit gate (fake-transport verified-delete test). Full suite 1396 passed/9 skipped incl. audit-all. Screenshots on the card.
