…pgrade Operator order: make 1.0.0-beta live (card stats-hub-rebuild-1-0-0-beta-20261023). C1 blanket --upgrade without --pre resolves to latest stable (0.2.40) and would downgrade the beta. C0 pins beta exact; C1 excludes stats until stable 1.0.0+ lands. PASS: test_dockerfile_pin_set_resolves (11 passed); full-suite floor check fails pre-existing on scitex-writer 2.43.6 < >=2.43.9 (develop), unrelated to stats.

scitex-hub fix (fe79e27) on behalf of the serving lane: Dockerfile.prod C0 pin ==1.0.0b0, stats removed from C1 upgrade list (which resolves to stable 0.2.40, never pre-releases). Unblocks /apps/stats/ serving 1.0.0-beta (stats PRs #177-179 in). After merge: prod rebuild + restart, then /apps/stats/ verify.
