docs: consolidate dev docs into .context for v0.1.0 - #58

Move FEATURE_PARITY/MIGRATION_PLAN/PROGRESS_SUMMARY into .context (lowercase) and rewrite to current state (parity #24, PDF #26, multi-model #27, best-iterate #51, degenerate-fit #50, module rename #34, CI green). Keep README/AGENTS/CLAUDE at root. Update refs in AGENTS.md and .context/plan.md; mark Priority-1 parity blockers and CI done. Refs #57.

Moves the development/progress docs off the repo root into
.context/(lowercase, matching the existing convention) and rewrites them to current reality. KeepsREADME.md,AGENTS.md,CLAUDE.mdat root.Moves

The docs still described the removed Adam/autograd
AMICATorchbackend, listed done features (do_reject, adaptive PDF, Newton ramping) as missing, and referenced a non-existentlegacy/dir. Rewritten to reflect: single-model parity (#24), adaptive PDF (#26), multi-model distributional equivalence (#27), best-iterate (#51), degenerate-fit contract (#50), module rename (#34), CI green. The three genuinely-remaining items are called out consistently: performance benchmark, component sharing, and edge-case/stability + save/load tests.Also
AGENTS.md(moved the doc list under Context Files) and.context/plan.md..context/plan.md.Docs-only; no code touched.
