Set resolution in analysis replica exchange macro

There should be an option to set the resolution of the mrc file (localization density) from the analysis replica exchange clustering API. The GetModelDensity class seems to have this option, and it will be nice to add this option to the macro as well.

No the resolution of the resulting mrc which is set to 20 Å in
GetModelDensity.
