Publishes the tested private dev snapshot as CORNETO 1.0.0 RC2.

Highlights

• Adds PHONEMeS preprocessing, scoring, connectivity helpers, and global bidirectional inference.
• Refactors shared network/vectorized method primitives and updates related CARNIVAL, FBA, iMAT, PCST, and Steiner internals.
• Refreshes PHONEMeS documentation, API references, tutorials, and regression coverage.

Validation

• poetry run ruff check --no-fix corneto tests
• poetry run pytest — 448 passed, 35 skipped

After this merges into public dev, it should be promoted via a public dev → main release PR and tagged v1.0.0-rc.2 from public main.
