EIP-2537: BLS12-381 curve operations #1324
Description
In order to be compatible with Berlin hardfork, we need a set of precompiled contracts. Those precompiled are described in EIP-2537
At this point we have a draft Implementation.
The final implementation will consist in two parts:
- A set of precompiled contracts, on rskj side
- Native library for BLS12-381 curve operations on the natives libraries repo
All this new precompiled contracts will be enabled when blockNumber > iris300

Still need to find a java implementation to use it as a safeguard, I haven't found anything yet.
Just this old PR from ethereumj (not merged), which uses a deprecated version of AMLC.
Also there is another list of BLS12 implementations on this link.

Added native library -> supports linux mac and windows (x64)
