Hyphenate the OpenPGP keys route - #93

The underscore was a Jekyll-era artifact (openpgp_keys.adoc). The page now lives at /openpgp-keys/ with a redirect stub from the legacy underscore URL; all nav/sidebar links updated. The .asc key files keep the /openpgp_keys/ prefix so published key-file URLs stay stable. e2e: 29/29.

Good question — there was no reason for
/openpgp_keys/; it's a Jekyll-era artifact from the filenameopenpgp_keys.adoc. Hyphens are the URL convention (and Google's guidance)./openpgp-keys/;/openpgp_keys/is now a redirect stub (external links to the old URL keep working).asckey files deliberately keep the underscore prefix — published key-file URLs must not churn (noted in AGENTS.md)e2e 29/29 (keys check updated to the new route).
