Update filenames based on the new edk2-downstream boot firmware release available at [1], and remove partitions which are not used / required anymore.

Removing should not cause any impact on current users, as they will simply not be used anymore.

Same changes were done to uno-q as part of #103.

Merging this would mean that we are no longer compatible with the current boot firmware in meta-qcom. I'd like for this to go together with the boot firmware update. Can we please have a parallel draft PR for meta-qcom (currently using this qcom-ptool branch) for testing, then after testing we can merge this PR and use it in meta-qcom in a tight lock.

Related meta-qcom pr migrating to the new boot firmware: qualcomm-linux/meta-qcom#2057

Currently in draft, and unfortunately it is not yet functional to the same level as the previous one, so we should hold this until it is fully working.
