iCloud refuses a VEVENT with neither DTEND nor DURATION, and caldav-server-tester stopped at the first such fixture. With the tester fixed, recurrences and the old-dates searches come out full on iCloud: the search.recurrences and old-dates lines in the icloud profile were artifacts of that early stop. The same run grades sync-token.limit and propfind.principal-depth-1 unsupported, and leaves recurring tasks unknown. Ref python-caldav/caldav-server-tester#24

They find nothing on my account, but worked in #730; I left a comment about it in the profile. This also corrects my comment in #733: a filter on SUMMARY does not work after all.
