fix: give signature blocks a valid kind class - #416

Function and class signatures in the API reference, and the usage blocks on CLI and MCP tool pages, carried a class such as `doc-Kind.FUNCTION`, which no stylesheet can select. They now carry `doc-function` or `doc-class`, matching the kind classes used elsewhere on the same pages.

This PR fixes the kind class on signature blocks. Functions and classes in the API reference, and the usage blocks on CLI and MCP pages, carried
.doc-Kind.FUNCTIONand.doc-Kind.CLASS, which no CSS selector can match. They now carry.doc-functionand.doc-class.
