The Changelog page's sidebar is now titled "Releases" instead of "On this page", translated for the site's lang setting, and lists only the releases without subsections (which really aren't needed here). Release entries use the monospace font of the release headings, both in the sidebar and in the mobile panel. The mobile button's tooltip and panel heading now use each page's own sidebar title, so they also follow the site language on other pages instead of always reading "On this page" in English.
